S+H does its best to ensure our shipping information is timely and accurate.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order.
Standard Shipping is defined as: 1-3 day Priority Delivery service(s).
S+H reserves the right to use a variety of carriers to provide its Standard Shipping service(s).

Standard Shipping service(s) apply to domestic orders shipping to verifiable addresses within the contiguous US only.

Additional services such as “next day” or “expedited services” are not available at this time.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are not available at this time.

Shipments are dropped-off with carrier service(s) each working day.
S+H processes orders seven (7) days a week with the exception of National, State, Local & Federal Holidays.
Orders received by 4pm ET each working day, will ship the next working day.
Shipments are not processed on National, State, Local and Federal Holidays.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Purchases personalized though our monogramming program require an ADDITIONAL DAY of processing.
Personalization will add an ADDITIONAL DAY to our shipping time estimates.
Please take this extra day into account when making a purchase of a personalized, monogrammed item.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Orders must be received by 4pm ET on December 16, 2023 in order to arrive by “Christmas”
(December 24, 2023).

Applies to valid orders shipping to verifiable addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only.
Offer is good for Standard Shipping service(s) only.
Additional services such as “next day” or “expedited services” are not available at this time.
Free Shipping is for a limited time.

Free shipping applies when orders meet the minimum order amount indicated before taxes and shipping charges.
For cases where no code is mentioned/required, free shipping will be applied to the order automatically once the minimum order amount is reached.
For cases where a code is required, and the minimum order amount before taxes and shipping charges is reached, free shipping will be applied to the order after the code is entered during the checkout process.

Free Shipping Promotion Offer is not valid in combination with any other promotion(s).
Free Shipping Promotion Offer is not valid in states which do not allow such promotions.
Free Shipping Promotion Offer not valid on international orders.
Free Shipping Promotion Offer not valid on orders requiring extra shipping charges.

S+H Handbags reserves the right to withdraw or modify free shipping promotion offer at any time.

MISSING PACKAGES
All order shipments generate an email with tracking information once an order ships.
S+H advises to use the link/tracking information in the email in order to track your package for estimated delivery time.

Should your package go missing or is stolen after it is delivered, please contact the carrier.
The courier will need the shipping tracking number and other related details that can assist them in tracking down the route of your package.

If the courier, for whatever reason; cannot help you track down your shipment, they will hopefully be able to help you start an insurance claim for your package.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
For purchases made in November 2023, exchanges or returns will be accepted through January 6, 2024.
The standard return policy applies to purchases made outside this time frame.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our utmost concern.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by original S+H paperwork/receipt/invoice.

Returns of merchandise are accepted within 30 days from the date the order, for a full refund; as long as item(s) are in original, sellable condition. If returned item(s) is not in original, sellable condition a merchandise credit will be issued. All shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable.

Once a return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent alerting you the returned item has been received – along with the approval or denial status of the refund.
Approved returns will be processed with credit being applied to the credit card or original method of payment used for purchase. Financial institutions state refund may take 7-10 business days to show on an account.

Unusually Delayed Refunds
In the unusual circumstance of a refund not being received or delayed, please check with your financial institution. If there is additional information S+H can provide to assist you or your financial institution, please email us at info@swatzellheilig.com

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping costs for Returned or Exchanged items is the customer’s (your) responsibility. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return or exchange item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method.
Please take this information into account when returning purchased item(s) with regards to processing times.

S+H recommends adding tracking service or insurance when shipping return purchases.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Purchases personalized through our monogramming service are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale, Private Sale, Sample Sale, select prototype items and other unique specialty items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DEFECTIVE | MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS
While we take great care to inspect every item and every order before shipment, we recognize errors can sometimes occur. In our effort to provide the highest quality shopping experience, we offer replacements for defective or mis-shipped items at no shipping cost.

Simply notify us by email at info@swatzellheilig.com within 3 days of receiving the product. This will ensure we can promptly address your concerns. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion. Please inspect your order upon delivery. Please retain all original paperwork, original packaging and any other packaging materials used.
