By submitting an application to the Tassels For Good Program, you (“You” or “Applicant”) hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must accept the decisions of the Program made by Swatzell + Heilig (“Host”).
- Eligibility. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age may be required.
- How to Apply. Complete the application form located here.
- Representations and Warranties. Each Applicant represents and warrants that they have the right to act on behalf of the organization that they are representing.
- Indemnification. Applicant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Host and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers and directors harmless from and against any and all third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties or representations of Applicant hereunder.
- Acceptance of Application. Swatzell + Heilig, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to accept or deny any application for this program, for any reason.
- Fundraiser Payout. 50% of the net proceeds of the sale of the Tassels For Good during the specified time will be donated on Organization’s behalf to the 501c3 Identified in the application. Keychain orders are custom made. The check will be mailed to the 501c3 when the sale period is over and all orders have been fulfilled.
- Marketing. It is the responsibility of the Organization to market and sell the Tassels For Good to raise funds for the 501c3. All marketing efforts and associated costs are at the sole responsibility of the organization. The sales of the keychain will be processed on the Swatzell + Heilig website at: https://shhandbags.com/
- Products may not be exactly as they appear in photographed or described images or materials due to supply constraints and challenges, but Host will make every effort to deliver the same or similar product, which may differ in materials or color.
